All commissions are for personal use only. You may contact me if you wish to use my art for non-personal use.

Please provide as much visual references and clear descriptions as possible!

My main line of communication for commissions will be via email.

I will not draw: Gore, violent NSFW.

I am open to try drawing NSFW, Mecha/Armor or Furry/Anthro art, depending on the complexity of the request.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I deem the request too difficult for me to execute.

Complex/detailed designs are subject to additional fees.

A partial deposit must be made before I begin your commission.

There will be no fixed deadline for your commission. I will attempt to finish your commission as quickly as possible, but the process will depend on the complexity of the request and current commission workload.

I reserve the right to adjust my rates in the future.

An initial deposit of half the agreed upon amount must be made, before I begin work on your commission.

Once the commission is complete, the second half of the agreed upon amount must be paid, before I send over the final piece.

I will only accept payment via Paypal (International) or PayNow/Paylah (SG). Conversion rates for SGD will be calculated using Paypal's Currency Calculator.

I will offer a refund of the initial deposit, if I have not begun work on your commission.

However, no refunds shall be made after the initial sketch stage has been approved.

Once I have received your request, I will respond via email to confirm the details and price.

An invoice will be sent to you and I will begin working on your commission once the initial deposit has been paid.

Commissions should take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. I will update you on the progress of your commission during the initial sketch stage, colors stage and final piece. Feel free to request for an update at any time!

Changes during the sketch stage are allowed and encouraged to fit the idea you had in mind, however any drastic changes after a sketch has been approved, will incur a small fee.

You will be notified if there are any potential delays due to personal, work or health matters.

Standard size will be in A4, unless requested otherwise.

Final piece(s) will be in PNG & JPG format and sent to you via a Google Drive link.

The artist (PositivelyArt) retains all rights to the commissioned art. This may include, with the client's permissions, to sell prints or for other commercial uses.

The client is allowed to use the commissioned art for personal and non-profit use. This includes uploading it to their own social media platforms, using it as gifts or creating personal prints.

DO NOT REMOVE the artist's watermark and please credit the artist where applicable.

All commissioned art is meant for personal and non-profit use only. DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.

The client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of commissioned art for Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTS or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Any fictional character depicted in the commissioned art, whether fan art or original, belongs to their respective owners.
